How can I make deposits at Vantage Point Bank?

In addition to making deposits in person at our Fort Washington branch, we accept deposits in the mail (attention “Client Services”). Let us know if you would like postage paid envelopes. Request Postage Paid Envelopes. Please know that you can also electronically deposit money into your account via Automated Clearing House (ACH) Request ACH Form or wire transfer Request Wire Information. VPB does not charge for either service, however you may want to check with your other financial institution to see if any fees apply.

Do you offer interest checks on CDs?

Yes, we offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual interest checks.

How do I get an ATM/Debit Card for my account?

An ATM/Debit Card Application must be filled out and submitted. You may stop into the branch to complete the form or request one Request ATM/Debit Card Application and submit it to our Client Services department by mail or fax: 267-464-7001.

What are your hours?

Our hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 9-6, Saturday 10-2, and Sunday by appointment

How can I access my accounts online?

Vantage Point Bank offers Free Online Banking. If you would like to access your accounts online, you will need to complete an Online Banking Form Request Online Banking Form. Then simply submit the completed form via fax or mail to our Client Service Center.

Can I change the PIN on my ATM Card

Yes. You can submit a completed ATM Maintenance Form Request ATM Maintenance Form via fax or mail to the Client Services Center.

How do I change my address?

You may submit an address change request securely via the Online Banking section of our website. You may also complete a Change of Address Form Request Change of Address Form and submit it to our Client Services Center via fax or mail along with proof of your new address (example: driver‘s license with a change of address card AND a utility bill).

How do I put a stop payment on a check?

You may submit a Stop Payment Request securely via the Online Banking section of our website. You may also complete a Stop Payment Form Request Stop Payment Form and submit it to our Client Services Center via fax or mail.

What are my options for making a loan payment?

Loan payments can be made in person at our Fort Washington location or via the US Mail. When mailing a check to our Client Service Center, please reference your loan account number on the check memo. If you would like to implement Automatic Transfer from your VPB checking or money market account, complete and submit an Automatic Transfer Authorization Form Request Automatic Transfer Authorization Form to our Client Services Department via fax or mail.

Do you offer credit cards?

Absolutely! We offer some wonderful options for credit cards. Please fill out a credit card application Request Credit Card Application. Once completed, you may then fax or mail the application to the Client Services Center.

How do I get a copy of a previous bank statement?

Your account history is available through your secure online banking. You may also contact the Client Services Center to obtain a copy of your statement Request Account Statement.

How do I wire money?

A Wire Transfer Form Request Wire Transfer Form must be completed and submitted via fax or mailed to the Client Services Center.

How do I electronically transfer money?

An ACH Form Request ACH Form must be completed and submitted via fax or mailed to the Client Services Center.

How do I set up overdraft protection?

An overdraft protection form Request Overdraft Protection must be completed and submitted to our Client Service Center via fax or mail.

Are my deposits FDIC insured?

Yes. For more information about FDIC Insurance and to calculate your insurance coverage, please visit www.fdic.gov/edie.

Do you offer mortgages?

Yes. We offer an array of mortgage products. If you would like someone from our mortgage department to contact you, simply call us at 267-464-7000 or send us a message with the best time to reach you Request Call Back.

How can I add additional account owners or beneficiaries to my account(s)?

To make changes to your existing VPB account, contact a VPB associate via telephone 267-464-7000 or send us a message Contact Us and we can easily walk you through the process.

Can I see my bank statement online?

Yes, we now offer E-Statements, which is a safe, secure, and environmentally friendly way to receive your monthly bank statement.  To sign up for E-Statements please contact Client Services at (267)464-7000. Request E-Statements.
